In no particular order. Not gonna gives harmony levels and summoning cost just yet. Since I need to balance everything first.

Characters

Twilight sparkle-Unicorn-uncommon
Element of magic-If the elements of laughter, loyalty, generosity, honesty and kindness are on the field on your side, tap Twilight to destroy all shield cards of your opponent. All shield can be summoned as shield triggers as per normal as if they were each attacked normally.

A quick study-3-Twilight can mimic any active abilities on the field that all friend cards have.

Rainbow dash-Pegasus-Uncommon
Element of loyalty-Rainbow dash can defend friends without tapping.

Sonic Rainboom-4-All fanon and effects on the field are discarded.

Pinkie pie-Earth pony-Uncommon
Element of laughter-So long as Pinkie is present, all friendly characters gain 400 in harmony level.
Rule breaker-3-Pinkie pie's ability can be used at anytime to discard a single fanon or effect card from play.

AppleJack-Earth pony-uncommon
Element of honesty-So long as Applejack is present all magic cards do nothing.

Bucker-When Applejack attacks, return defending character to your hand if not defeated by her.

Rarity-Unicorn-uncommon
Element of generosity-Player can draw two cards instead of one per turn so long as Rarity is on the field.

A lady-X- for every magic point used Rarity can have any character tapped.

Fluttershy-Pegasus-uncommon
Element of kindness-Fluttershy doubles the effects of friendly active abilities.

The stare-5-All enemy shield cards become tapped making it possible for them to be attacked directly.

Spike-OC-common
Adorable-Characters attacking spike get -200 to their harmony level.

Take a letter-2-Spike can send a card to your hand and place it into your shield (maximum of ten shield cards can be in play).

Twilicorn-God-Rare
Element of friendship-When the other mane 6 are on the field. Twilight can attack enemy best pony directly.

Magic mastery-2-Any magic cards used by enemy player can be stopped and put into your hand. Do note active abilities can only be used on your turn.

Bab seed-earth pony-common
Bad seed-Babs's ability to demoralise ponies results in passive abilities becoming inactive on both sides.

Blank flank-no active abilities.

Applebloom-earth pony-common
Adorable-all ponies attacking her will lose -200 on their harmony level during the encounter.

Adorable-all ponies attacking her will lose -200 on their harmony level during the encounter.

Luna-God-Rare
Princess of the night-Luna has an aura of fear to her all characters to tap whenever she attacks a shield.

Royal canterlot voice-3-Return selected active card into owner's hand.

Nightmare moon-God-Rare
Mare in the moon-Nightmare moon's eternal night renders all effects nullified and all magic cards will have no effect.

Royal stomp-3-All active fanon cards are discarded.

Celestia-God-Rare
Sun goddess-So long as Celestia is on the field, no character on your side suffers summoning sickness.

Sun rise-5-All cards are tapped except Celestia.

Gilda-OC-common
Bad seed-All passive abilities do not have any effect.

Intimidate-2-selected character is tapped. If 4 magic points are used.


Zecora-OC-common
Evil enchantress-Zecora halves the cost of active abilities so long as she's in the field.

Wisdom-3-select character gains 500 in harmony level for one turn.

Trixie-unicorn-uncommon
Great and powerful-All magic cards cost 1 magic point to summon

Upstage-5-enemy player cannot use active abilities.

Cheerilee-earth pony-common
School teacher-Unicorns do not need to pay double to use active abilities untapped.

Wisdom-3-select character gains 500 in harmony level for one turn.

Mayor mare-earth pony-common
Figure head-So long as she is on the field, all magic cards will be aimed at her.

Law maker-3-Return selected fanon to hand.

Hoity Toity-earth pony-common
critical eye-enemy player must reveal each turn a card he/she draws from their deck.

Photo Finish
Tailwhip-Whenever photo finished is tapped selected character received 100 damage. If that character is attacked that turn, the extra 100 will be added to the total harmony level of the attacking character.

Ze Magix-3-Magic card

Sapphire shores.
Pop star-When a pony attacks sapphire shores they lose their passive ability that turn cycle.

I have that effect on people-Tap selected character.

Spitfire-pegasus-common
wonderbolt-spitfire can attack a character and if she wins the encounter, she can move in to attack a shield.

"Apple pie"-tap selected character. If tapped, active ability is activated.

Soarin-pegasus
wonderbolt-spitfire can attack a character and if she wins the encounter, she can move in to attack a shield.

Pi-3-anything costing three to summon must be shown from enemy player's hand. The owner of this hand must select one of these cards to discard.

Prince Blueblood-unicorn-common
Obnoxious bachelor-Prince blueblood cannot be shipped with anyone.

Noble breed-3-When blueblood is attacked. He can switch himself with another character on the field (not best pony) to receive the damage instead of him.

Little strongheart-OC-common
Adorable-when attacked, the attacking player gets -200 to their harmony level.

Fleet hoofed-If only 1 friend character is on the enemy field, strongheart can attack the shield cards without being blocked.

Discord-God-Rare
Sprit of chaos-Every turn, the player must shuffle their deck.

Sow Discord-4-a select fanon or effect will have its card effects reversed permanently

Fancy pants-unicorn-common
People pony-when fancy is in play, no character needs to tap to defend him.

Shipping-3-Fancy can be shipped with fleur de lis.

Daring do-pegasus-uncommon
Mare of action-daring never needs to tap to attack.

Salute-Daring do can attack best pony so long as there are no shield cards left.

Flim and Flam 500/600-unicorn-common
Three's a crowd-these characters cannot be shipped, however they act as if they were two shipped characters but not counting as one.

Nonpariel-4-the harmony level of a selected character is halved when the character decides to attack.

Cranky Doodle Donkey-OC-common
Grump-all magic card against him causes him to tap and nothing else.

Shipping -3- cranky can be shipped with matilda.

Matilda-oc-common
not so grump-she is immune to effects.

shipping-3- matilda can be shipped with matilda.

Mr. Cake
inseparable- If mr cake is on the field mrs cake can be summoned at no cost.

shipping-3-mr cake can be shipped with mrs cake.

inseparable- If mrs cake is on the field mr cake can be summoned at no cost

Pumpkin cake and pound cake 300/300-unicorn/pegasus-common
Three's a crowd-these characters cannot be shipped, however they act as if they were two shipped characters but not counting as one.

Gifted mischief maker-3- Pound cake will tap enemy character and pumpkin cake will block magic card effects on them.


Iron will-OC-uncommon
greatest motivator around-All friendly characters get 300 to the harmony level so long as iron will is on the field.

somepony tries to block?-3-selected character will gain 500 to their harmony level if they are blocked.

Cadence-god-rare
inseparable-If cadence is on the field. Shining armour can be summoned at no cost.

Power of love-Tap Cadence and she can ship any two characters at no cost.

Shining armor-unicorn-rare
shipping-Cadence and shining armour can be shipped at no cost.

Protection spell-4-take a card in your hand and place it into your shield zone.

Queen chrysalis-OC-rare
Changeling queen-When queen chrysalis is shipped. add the other character's harmony level to her total.

Master of disguise-Once per game chrysalis can permanently mimic any character and copy all their abilities and equal their harmony level (before modifiers).

King sombra-unicorn-rare
Fearmonger-When a character encounters sombra. no passive abilities will be in effect.

Corrupting-2- selected active ability is permanently disabled.

Lightning dust-pegasus-uncommon
limit breaker-When attacking she gain +200 permanently to her harmony level each time. This increasing bonus only applies to when attacks.

Big mac-earth pony-uncommon
Bucker-When Applejack attacks, return defending character to your hand if not defeated by her.

Fancy mathematics-When big mac defends against a stronger character. He equal them for 1 magic point every 100. If the magic pool is full of tapped cards. discard the tapped cards to pay the difference.

Granny smith-earth pony-common
survivor-When defending even if defeated in an encounter granny smith will not be put into the graveyard. Instead she will be tapped for two turns. If she is attacked directly she can be defeated.

Braeburn-earth pony-common
Everyone's gay for-Braeburn can be shipped with any male character at no cost.

Silver spoon-earth pony-common
Bad seed-Babs's ability to demoralise ponies results in passive abilities becoming inactive on both sides.

Bully-2-When diamond tiara is present (on either side), silver spoon just give -300 to a character's harmony level.

Inseparable-When diamond tiara is on the field. silver spoon can be summoned at no cost.

Twist-earth pony-common
adorkable-ponies defending twist receive +200 to their harmony level.

candy flank-When an enemy character is attacking they are able to attack twist even if untapped and when they do, they must attack her so long as she is on the field.

Snips-unicorn-common
inseparable-when snips is on the field, snails can be summoned at no cost

feeble magic-3-Snips make the cost of any active ability cost half for two turns.

Snails-unicorn-common
Slow-Active ability can be used for free if snails is tapped for a turn.

Anti-magic-5-Snails is so bad at magic he can undo magic. discard one card from the enemy magic pool.

Pipsqueak-earth pony-common
Adorable-Any character attacking pipsqueak will get a -200 on their harmony level.

swashbuckler-When pip attacks he cannot be defeated from an encounter due to his tenacity.

Feather weight-pagesus-common
Document everything-When enemy player draws a card, that player must reveal that card to you before adding it to their hand.

Angel bunny-oc-common
Adorable-Any character attacking angel will get a -200 on their harmony level.

douche-3-angel can tap an enemy magic point, becoming untapped on your next turn.

Winona-
herder-1-winona can redirect any magic card aimed at friendly ponies unto herself.

Fetch-1-draw a card

Opalescence-oc-common
Grump-all magic card against him causes him to tap and nothing else

berserker barrage-3-take a random card from an enemy player's hand and discard it.

Gummy-oc-common
Fathoming the cosmos-gummy can be tapped to be a magic point on the field.

biter-1-for one turn gummy can ship with another character.

Owlowiscious-oc-common
Who?-When defending owlowicious can cause a character to tap that is not the attacking character.

fetch-1-draw 1 card

Philamena-oc-common
Shield trigger-If philamena is a shield card that has been attacked. She will be summoned automatically at no cost.

Flames and ashes-Philamena will never leave the field, barring magic or abilities causing it. When she is defeated in an encounter, turn her face down for one turn and then up again.

Peewee-oc-common
Adorable-Any character attacking angel will get a -200 on their harmony level.

Vulnerable-If peewee is attacked. defending characters get 500 extra on their harmony level.

Tank-oc-common
Wear your helmet-When tank is the field. a random character will receive 100 damage each turn, giving extra damage to any characters encountering them.

Tortoise shell-Tank can tap himself and become invulnerable to damage.

Aloe-earth ponies-common
Inseparably-When aloe is in play lotus can be summoned at no cost.

Healing touch-2-Untap target character

Magic hooves-2-remove fanon card from friendly character and return to hand.

Derpy Hooves-pegasus-common
I just don't know what went wrong-at the end of every turn tap 1 an unused magic point.

Muffin-3-Derpy's harmony level increases by 1000 on her next character encounter.

Lyra Heart strings-unicorn-uncommon
hands-so long as lyra is in play both players must show their hands.

Tugging heartstrings-Lyra's music can untap one magic point.

Bon Bon-earth pony-uncommon
Mare of many voices-So long as bon bon is in play, the player can declare an attack without revealing what character is used.

Shipping-3-Bon bon can ship with lyra

Vinyl Scratch-unicorn-uncommon
Dropping the bass-Every turn the player can choose an enenmy character to tap.

Wubs-5-Vinyl's music will make it so that no character is needed to tap for a full turn cycle.

Octavia-earth pony-uncommon
Swing Tavi swing-Octavia has the ability to switch from a cell or a bass. each causing the following effects. The cello will decrease all summoning costs by 1. The bass will increase a chosen character's harmony level by 100 so long as octavia is active.

Shipping-3- Octavia can ship with vinyl scratch.

Caramel-earth pony-common


Dr whooves-earth pony-uncommon
Allon-y-The Doctor has a recklessness that compensates itself with immense luck. So whenever the doctor attacks he does not get discarded when he is defeated but instead become tapped for a turn.

Sonic-2-reveal a shield card.

Berry Punch-earth pony-uncommon
Drunken master-When berry punch attacks, the enemy player can decide where the attack is directed. When the enemy does though, berry punch doubles her harmony level for that encounter.

High tolerance-no card effects will effect berry punch so long as she's a drunken master.

Berry Pinch-earth pony-common
Adorable-Any character attacking angel will get a -200 on their harmony level.

Voice of love-When berry pinch is in play, berry punch does not have the drunk master ability. But when berry pinch is attacked, berry punch's harmony doubles permanently (only once in a game).

Carrot top-earth pony-common
carrot-2- tap carrot top and look at the top card on your deck. play it back on top or place it in the magic pool.

Social-if more than three ponies are in place, carrot top will gain 200 in harmony level.

Fleur de lis-unicorn-common
expensive tastes-so long as fleur is in play, the enemy player must pay an extra magic point for every card they summon.

Shipping-3-fleur can be shipped with fancy pants.

Colgate-unicorn-common
dental hygiene-so long as colgate is tapped, another character in the field must be tapped.

clock up-2-no character that turn cycle can attack.

Dinky Hooves-unicorn-common
Adorable-Any character attacking angel will get a -200 on their harmony level.

Muffin powers-5-dinky can summon any magic card in the enemy opponent's hands onto your side. If no magic cards in are in the enemy players hand then nothing happens.

Thunderlane-pegasus-common
Flash-When defending thunderlane nullifies any abilities used on him.

Ditch-Thunderlane can back out of defensive encounter and have the player select an alternate target.

Flitter-pegasus-common
Flit- if flitter attacks and is blocked, she can change target to any character the player chooses except best pony or shields.

Social-If there are more than 3 ponies in play flitter gains 200 to her harmony level.

Cloud chaser-pegasus-common
Inseparable- if cloud chaser is on the field. Flitter can be summoned at no cost.

chaser-If cloud chaser attacks a character is is blocked by another character, she can attack the chosen character if she can defeat the blocker.


Rumble
Adorable-Any character attacking angel will get a -200 on their harmony level.

Mare magnet-all female pony characters must attack rumble when they can.

Roseluck-
Rose thorns-Any character who attacks roseluck will receive -100 on their harmony level.

Rose bud-1-tap roseluck and a friendly character will gain 100 on their harmony level on their next encounter (this can be stacked).

Changeling drone
changeling-When shipped with another character, the changeling will receive half of the shipped character's harmony level on top of its own.

mimic-x-for x turns, the changeling drone can equal another character's harmony level.

Noteworthy-earth pony-common
Cyclops pony-Noteworthy has an evident flaw in his creation as sometimes he glitches into a grotesque cyclops creature. When noteworthy is defending attacking character lose 500 of their harmony level.

Nurse Redheart
Medicine-3-Return a card from your graveyard and into your hand.

Shot-2-Take a card in your graveyard and place it in your mana pool.

Raindrops-pegasus-common
social-when more than three characters are in play raindrops gets 200 on her harmony level.

place holder-2-at the summoning phase raindrops can be switched for another character in your hand. The two magic points used for this ability goes towards the summoning cost.

parasprite-oc-common
swarm-When parasprite is defeated, return to hand.

voracious-2-Effect or fanon card in play is discarded.

Wonderbolts academy
Everyone has the wonderbolts ability.

Diamond dogs
Every turn your graveyard loses a card that is forever lost from the game. When you have no more cards in your graveyard. your deck's top card will go to your graveyard every turn and then vanish.

Grimdark
every turn a player doesn't attack, they must discard an active friend card

sad fic
all characters that defend lose 400 of their harmony.

troll fic
all characters gain /god to their character type.

clop
all shipped characters are boosted with double their harmony.

Fanon-tend to common but do have uncommons. All listed so far as uncommon.

Mare do well
Selected character now has the ability mimic which means they can use any active ability that any present character has.

I believe in M.A Larson
Chosen character now gains /god to their character type which grants immunity to magic cards.

Humanise
character gains hands ability.

ponify
non-pony character gains either /earth pony, /pegasus or /unicorn to their character type.

alicorn amulet
attached character can use any active ability available on the field at no cost besides tapping.

Lyra plush
a shipped pair separate as the lyra plush replaces their loved one. If the result has 6 friend cards in play in a friendzone (that holds a max of 5). one of the pair is returned to the player's hand by the owner's choice.

Two characters of your choice are shipped

rock farm-effect
for every character on the field use 1 magic point. otherwise tap the character.
implying they're working on a rock farm and need energy to fight

chrysalis half of harmony gained from ship.
mimic enemy character.


dragon greed... anything of value is magic
so its x magic increases harmony by x

monster spike-passive- if dragon greed causes spike to break specfic harmony level... he loses dragon greed and retains the harmony level
basically the ability is a varient of "a lady"
so you use the 2 magic points to use ability... and x amount of extra magic point to increase his harmony level


OC character types
yeah 3 abilities should handle most things.
if you really want abilities that mimic the race traits...
stubborn-can be the earth pony trait as an ability.

Social-If more than 3 friends are in the field, this character will gain 200 in harmony level.
Absent minded-Immune to passive abilities besides this character's own.


Parasol-Pegasus-common-700-3
Social-If more than 3 friends are in the field, this character will gain 200 in harmony level.
Weather pony-This character can attack effect cards and cause them to tap.


Dizzy Twister-Pegasus-common-600-3
Social-If more than 3 friends are in the field, this character will gain 200 in harmony level.
Weather pony-This character can attack effect cards and cause them to tap.


Cloud kicker-Pegasus-common-500-2
Chaser-If this character attacks a character and is blocked by another character, this character can attack the chosen character if it can defeat the blocker.
Weather pony-This character can attack effect cards and cause them to tap.


Juicy fruit-Pegasus-common-600-3
